ABOUT

Mohsen Hedayati (born September 4, 1987 in Tehran, Iran) is a poet, architect, graphic artist, and Cubist Painter. He is a self-taught artist and has been working professionally since 2011.

I’m Mohsen Hedayati. I borrow images from life—moments that slip away, voices left unheard, and people whose stories were never told. I paint to capture what words sometimes fail to express. For me, lines and colors are simply another way of listening. Throughout my artistic journey, painting has walked beside me. However, I don’t see it as a wall. On the contrary, form is a way through—not a place to stop.

This website is more than just a gallery of my work. Rather, it is an invitation into the inner worlds behind each image—the questions, silences, and sparks that brought them to life. So if you find yourself pausing, if something inside you shifts, then perhaps the image no longer belongs to me alone.

I took my first painting to a frame workshop. A woman was holding an expensive painting. She asked me to show her mine. After seeing the painting, she said: “It is a pity that a good design has been executed dirty!” I went back and drew that picture again. This time very carefully! Since then, I have painted all my paintings so obsessively that they sometimes confused with digital art.
